Deine Rolle im Team
- Lead and manage complex, large-scale eGovernment projects from initiation to completion.
- Oversee the integration of Austriacard's full portfolio, including document production, personalization, digital onboarding systems, and secure data management.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate closely with sales, development, and operations teams to align project goals and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with governmental requirements and security standards.
- Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, subcontractors, and partners for system component integration.
- Manage relationships and performance of subcontractors and partners to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Monitor project performance, providing regular updates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure high-quality delivery with a focus on efficiency, security, and user experience.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor degree or Master's degree (preferred), in the area of Engineering, Business administration with focus on IT or project management.
Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of ID document systems, personalization technology, and digital onboarding solutions.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering on-time and within budget.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of security protocols, data protection, and government compliance standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in business English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
Erfahrung
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT system integration projects, preferably in the eGovernment or secure identity sectors.
