Deine Rolle im Team
- Act as the go-to specialist for our eCommerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, Kentico, A/B Tasty) and DTC processes.
- Drive continuous optimization of key metrics including conversion rate, add-to-cart rate, and average order value.
- Collaborate on and implement features such as cross-selling, upselling modules, and interactive tools to enhance the shopping experience.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests -- from hypothesis creation to performance analysis -- using tools like A/B Tasty.
- Translate data-driven insights into actionable CRO roadmaps, prioritizing high-impact opportunities.
- Identify and resolve friction points in the user journey to improve usability and reduce drop-offs.
- Work closely with UX, Marketing, and Development teams to design and launch conversion-focused features.
- Enhance the checkout experience by testing and integrating new payment methods, delivery options, and usability improvements.
- Leverage GA4 and other measurement tools to validate impact and guide next optimization steps.
- Document and share testing outcomes and learnings with the global team to scale best practices across markets.

Qualifikationen
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and evaluate optimization initiatives -- from data analysis and hypothesis creation to implementation and scaling.
- Proficient in web analytics, particularly GA4, to understand user behavior, validate results, and identify new opportunities.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous experimentation, usability improvements, and measurable growth.
Erfahrung
- 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, with a strong track record in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) across the full funnel.
- Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Kentico) and optimization tools (e.g., A/B Tasty, Google Optimize, VWO).
- Strong collaborator, experienced in working with cross-functional and global teams (UX, Marketing, Development) in both English and German.
