Ausbildung

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

Qualifikationen

• Solid understanding of software development life cycles, tools, and release processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders and derive needed dependencies.
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong execution mindset.
• Familiarity with agile development tools and processes.
• Travel locally and internationally as required to support software bring-ups and validation activities at manufacturing sites or partner facilities.
• Exposure to technologies such as camera systems, multimedia software such as video, embedded software. Exposure to AR/VR software is a plus.
• Knowledge of project tracking and version control tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git).

Erfahrung

• 4+ years of experience in technical program or project management within a software or hardware organization.
• Experience supporting programs in consumer electronics or hardware-software integration.
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
