Deine Rolle im Team
- Lead AI Business Transformation: Act as a trusted advisor and transformation expert, guiding customers through AI-led process innovation.
- Drive Strategic Engagements: Win decision-makers with compelling business cases and align AI initiatives with transformation goals.
- Execute Solution Plays: Deliver unified, customer-centric narratives across four key solution areas:
- Innovate with Low-Code AI and Agents
- Sales and Marketing Transformation with AI
- Service Transformation with AI
- ERP Transformation with AI
- Co-Sell with Partners: Collaborate with partners to scale execution and maximize customer impact.
- Sales Discipline & Pipeline Management: Apply rigorous sales execution, manage opportunities and milestones, and act on digital signals and SPA recommendations.
- Upskill Continuously: Invest in learning programs across all solution areas, with focus on AI
- Engage in Strategic Programs: Participate in initiatives, make use of global Sales programs and incorporate in your sales strategy

Qualifikationen
- Consultative Selling Expertise: Demonstrates active listening, leads strategic conversations, and builds stakeholder relationships beyond the CIO office.
- Technical Depth: Proficient across CX, Service, ERP, Low-Code, Copilot Studio, and Agents; capable of delivering overview demos and integrating multiple solution plays.
- Business Acumen: Skilled in building and presenting strong business cases, navigating complex licensing models, and developing deal strategies that optimize customer value.
- Learning Mindset: Committed to continuous learning and skilling, with a proactive approach to role immersion and community engagement.
Erfahrung
- Experience: Proven track record in enterprise sales, preferably within AI, business applications, or digital transformation domains.
