- Skillfully asking the appropriate questions to the appropriate individuals, proposing alternatives when encountering technical or professional obstacles, and proactively insisting on clear decision.
- Ensuring that all implemented features are both valuable to the customer and delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Conducting acceptance tests to confirm the functionality of the features.
- Creating visualizations of processes and requirements.

- Fluency in English and German (professional).
Erfahrung
- A minimum of 3 years of job-relevant experience, such as in the positions of business analyst, requirements engineer, product owner, or agile project manager in an agile environment with distributed cross-functional teams.
- Experience in working with Jira and Confluence.
