Deine Rolle im Team
- You will gather and analyze user feedback and business requirements, to assist in product development decisions and ensure that the product meets the needs of the target market.
- You will focus on reporting risks and creating functional and higher-level technical specifications for software development, testing and implementation projects.
- On a continuous basis, you will evaluate and improve, harmonize and automate business processes to ensure that they are efficient, while understanding and identifying interdependencies.
- You will take charge of managing vendor and stakeholder relationships, while either supporting or leading contract negotiations, defining SLAs based on business requirements, approving purchase orders and reviewing invoices.
- You will keep track of industry trends and new technologies and make recommendations for their adoption where appropriate.
- You will organize and moderate meetings, workshops and required training sessions.

Qualifikationen
- Completed studies in the field of IT or business administration.
- Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, translating complex business needs into clear IT requirements and aligning these with broader strategic goals.
- Knowledge of project management tools and Agile methodologies, such as Jira and Confluence.
- A solution-oriented and team player attitude, with strong communication skills.
- Passion for listening, understanding, and questioning.
- A high level of German and English.
Erfahrung
- At least 2 -3 years of professional experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer, project manager or a similar position.
- Experience in the field of purchasing and product sourcing, product management, product data management, supplier-management is a plus.
