    In dieser Rolle entwickelst du automatisierte Tests, optimierst QA-Prozesse und führst umfassende Tests durch, um die Qualität der SaaS-Plattform sicherzustellen und ihre Funktionsweise kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

    • Test quality. Automate processes. Improve software.
    • Do you want to do more than just find bugs—do you want to actively drive the quality of modern software?
    • At efsta, you’ll develop automated tests, optimize QA processes, and contribute ideas on how we can continuously improve our test automation and quality standards.
    • Together with Development, Product Management, and DevOps, you will ensure that our SaaS platform—which is used internationally—reliably supports companies across Europe in meeting regulatory compliance requirements.
    • Creation, execution, and maintenance of test cases throughout the software development process.
    • Development and Maintenance of Automated Tests for Web and API Applications.
    • Integrating Automated Tests into Our CI/CD Pipelines.
    • Conducting functional, integration, and regression tests, as well as providing support for performance tests.
    • Analysis, Documentation, and Tracking of Errors.
    • Documentation and Further Development of QA Processes and Quality Standards.
    • Participation in exciting QA projects and assistance with internal and external audits.
    • Close collaboration with Development, Product Management, and DevOps in an agile environment.

    Unsere Erwartungen an dich

    Ausbildung

    • Completed IT education (HTL, FH, university).

    Qualifikationen

    • An understanding of modern development processes; knowledge of Git and CI/CD is a plus.
    • Very good English skills (at least B2); German is a plus.
    • Analytical thinking skills, a strong focus on quality, and a structured and independent approach to work.
    • Team spirit and enjoyment of working in agile teams.

    Erfahrung

    • At least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance or test automation.
    • Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress) and basic programming skills (JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python).
    • Experience testing web applications and APIs.
