Deine Rolle im Team
- Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of projects involving cloud, on-premise, and hybrid architectures.
- Design and implement scalable applications using the .NET full stack (C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.).
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities using services like Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI, or custom models.
- Manage containerized deployments using Kubernetes (on-prem and in the cloud).
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code are in place.
- Guide and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in software engineering.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Strong expertise in .NET full stack development.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and on-premise infrastructure.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer).
- Familiarity with MLOps, data pipelines, and monitoring tools.
- Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Erfahrung
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in hybrid environments (cloud + on-prem).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into enterprise applications.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, public sector) is a plus.
