- As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and implementing cutting-edge machine learning solutions. Join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of intelligent systems that solve complex problems and enhance our business capabilities. Your job's key responsibilities are:
- Designing and implementing machine learning models, solutions, and pipelines to address business challenges and opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, providing technical expertise, and delivering scalable and robust solutions
- Conducting research and evaluation of emerging machine learning techniques
- Working independently on Proof of Concepts (PoC) to validate and showcase the feasibility of proposed solutions
- Conducting direct client communication to understand their needs and tailor machine learning solutions accordingly

Ausbildung
- IT Background or education
Qualifikationen
- Extensive knowledge of Cloud (Gen)AI offerings on GCP
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes
- A/B testing expertise
- Experience with implementing robust strategies for monitoring and maintaining machine learning models in a production environment
- Passion for keeping up with industry trends and advancements in machine learning
Erfahrung
- 3+ years of experience in core machine learning work in the industry
- Extensive knowledge of Cloud AI offerings on one of the Hyperscalers (GCP, AWS or Azure) , including ready to use AI services, AutoML approaches, and custom model development
- Proficiency in Generative AI/LLMs , with expertise in prompt engineering, embeddings, LangChain, vector databases, grounding, and other relevant concepts
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on PoCs
- Strong and assertive communication skills
- Proven experience in research and evaluation of machine learning technologies
