Deine Rolle im Team
Working on Computer Vision and Computer Graphics technologies, you will be collaborating closely with other Snap hardware and software teams around the world to:
- Develop, setup and test efficient sensor and display calibration routines for Spectacles.
- Work together with mechanical & electrical engineers to design Spectacle test & calibration stations.
- Scale up and optimize computer vision based routines for high throughput calibration.
- Utilize robots and actuators for calibration automation.
- Working closely together with Graphics, Display and CV teams to develop next generation algorithms for see-through AR glasses.

Qualifikationen
Solid foundation in Computer Vision such as camera models, multi-view geometry and transformations.
Solid Math background with understanding of 3D geometry, trigonometry and linear algebra.
Basic skills to work with mechanical and robotic installations.
Attention to detail, strong desire for quality and good communication skills.
Outstanding problem solving skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of 3D geometry, trigonometry and linear algebra.
- Solid knowledge of geometric computer vision.
Preferred Qualifications:
Erfahrung
Experience with C++ and Python.
- BSc/MSc with 2+ years of relevant experience from industry in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g. computer science, mechatronics, mathematics, robotics, ...).
- 2+ years of experience in software development with modern C++ or Python.
- Experience with geometric camera and/or sensor calibration.
- Experience with numerical optimization algorithms.
- Experience with mechanical engineering.
- Experience with robotics.
- Experience with SLAM, point cloud processing or visual tracking systems.
