• Extensive insights into the Spring Framework, its internals and modules like Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security and its inner workings with other parts of the framework.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, such as Postgres, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or Neo4J.

Erfahrung

• 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in team leadership, of which some of this leadership experience is at the 2nd line level.
• Experience in working in high growth environments, including structural and organisational transformations.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Experience coaching teams and lead developers to foster growth and continuous improvement.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable distributed systems.
• 7-10 years of overall experience in software development, especially using JVM languages (Kotlin preferred).
• Experience tracking and improving performance using DORA and similar metrics.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (Angular 2+, CSS/SASS, Typescript, etc.).
