Deine Rolle im Team
- Develop and evolve PAIP and other internal AI products - from new features and agents to platform improvements.
- Design, build, and operate applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI technologies, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and multi-agent systems.
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations connecting AI capabilities with enterprise systems.
- Own products end-to-end - from requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment through to production deployment and ongoing user support.
- Evaluate, prototype, and integrate emerging AI tools and technologies into the existing enterprise landscape.

Ausbildung
- A degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Strong skills in at least one backend technology (e.g. Python, C#, Node.js/TypeScript).
- Proficiency in using AI coding agents and AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) as part of your daily workflow - you should be able to teach others how to get the most out of these tools.
Erfahrung
- At least 2 years of professional experience in software development.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI - whether through work, academic projects, or personal exploration.
