Deine Rolle im Team
- Join a dynamic team as an Embedded Software Team Lead. Drive technical strategy, architecture, and quality in embedded C development while guiding a skilled development team.
- You'll manage work packages, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate with hardware, testing, and project management teams.
- Take ownership of technical decisions, optimize existing software, and champion best practices in testing and documentation.
- Technical leadership, coordination, and further development of the embedded software team.
- Responsibility for the technical architecture and quality of embedded C development.
- Management and prioritization of work packages within the team.
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and development standards.
- Technical decision-making in coordination with hardware, test, and project management.
- Analysis, review, and optimization of existing software components.
- Development and enhancement of best practices in testing and documentation.
- Contact person for technical escalations and complex issues.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Ideal candidates have a technical degree, extensive embedded C experience, proven leadership skills, and a track record in safety-critical environments.
- Completed technical education (university of applied sciences, technical university, higher technical college, or similar) in computer science, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Very good knowledge of software architecture, integration, and debugging.
- Very good German and English skills.
- Strong decision-making skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a structured work approach.
Erfahrung
- Several years of solid experience in embedded C development.
- Proven experience in the technical leadership of development teams or as a senior with a clear leadership role.
- Experience in safety-critical environments or with increased security risks.
- Experience in software testing, ideally with Vectorcast.
