Deine Rolle im Team
- Lead the strategic direction for Kubernetes operator, integrations, and lifecycle management, working closely with our agile R&D teams.
- Collaborate with top-tier teams in engineering, design, and go-to-market to deliver seamless, impactful integrations that WOW customers and create value-add that sells and impacts product adoption in a measurable manner.
- Establish KPIs (e.g.: operator adoption), track performance and pivot strategy based on analytics and feedback.
- Balance the right investment for product/maintenance and innovation in alignment with the leadership team and other Product Managers.
- Act as a companywide accepted expert that drives knowledge not only into the organization but also to the customers.
- Engage with customers and industry leaders to understand their workflows, pain points, and emerging needs.
- Monitor market trends and stay abreast of industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.

Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes (operators, CRDs, networking, scaling), container orchestration, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Innovative thinking - ability to bring market and business understanding into the product to deliver differentiated value for customers and prospects, aligned with Dynatrace’s goals and strategy.
- Proficiency in data analysis to drive informed decision-making and measure product success.
- Proactive and hands-on personality with high drive and a dynamic mindset.
- Clear sense of ownership and accountability, strong communication skills towards team, peers, and stakeholders alike, as well as a bias for action.
Erfahrung
- 7+ years of product management experience, with prior success in setting product strategy and executing it based on research, data, and industry trends.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and B2B SaaS products.
- Proven experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, lead engineers, lead architects, designers, and other business stakeholders.
