Deine Rolle im Team
- At our site in Köstendorf, the Application Engineer in the Tuning Center KBC (f/m/d) acts as the technical interface between customers, sales, product management, and R&D for customized loader crane solutions.
- The role focuses on translating customer requirements into technical specifications and supporting the handover to system engineering.
- In addition, you contribute to improving internal processes for handling customized product requests and identifying future business opportunities.
- Analyze customer requirements, review specifications and assess technical feasibility.
- Act as interface between Engineering/R&D, Sales and Production and translate customer needs into technical specifications.
- Support projects from inquiry to implementation and assist in preparing technical proposals and quotations.
- Create and maintain relevant technical documentation for projects and internal handovers.
- Provide technical support and act as point of contact for customers.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Degree in mechanical engineering (TU/FH/HTL) or a comparable technical education.
Qualifikationen
- Knowledge of PLM systems, CAD/CAE environments and product data management.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a structured and analytical way of working.
- Good written and spoken English and a customer-oriented mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
Erfahrung
- Experience in project management within technical development environments.
