Deine Rolle im Team
- As an IT & Digital Transformation Associate, you combine technical problem-solving with consulting and stakeholder management.
- You will help design and implement digital solutions, optimize business processes, and act as a trusted partner for both internal teams and selected client engagements.
- Working with modern cloud technologies, automation platforms, and AI tools, you will translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- Develop and improve cloud-based business applications using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and related technologies.
- Design and implement automations, workflows, and integrations that increase efficiency and transparency.
- Support the evaluation and deployment of AI-enabled solutions and digital tools.
- Contribute to the continuous development of accilium's digital workplace and IT landscape.
- Gather requirements through workshops and discussions with business stakeholders.
- Translate business challenges into technical and process-based solutions.
- Present concepts, prototypes, and implementation approaches in a clear and structured manner.
- Support consulting projects by identifying digitalization and automation opportunities for clients.
- Analyze existing processes and identify improvement potential.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Support organizational adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
- Document and standardize best practices for future projects.
- Collaborate with consultants, developers, and business stakeholders across multiple initiatives.
- Coordinate implementation activities and contribute to successful project outcomes.
- Balance technical execution with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Understanding of system integrations, workflows, and process automation.
- Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level).
- Self-driven and proactive working style with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Interest in cloud-based environments such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Interest in AI, low-code solutions, and digital workplace technologies.
- Curiosity for new technologies and innovation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Customer-oriented mindset and interest in working closely with business users.
Erfahrung
- Initial professional experience, internships, or project work in IT, digital transformation, consulting, or process management.
- Experience with Microsoft365 is a strong advantage.
