Deine Rolle im Team
- Initially, you will install and support our devices for customers and sales partners.
- In the mid-term, you will be the main contact person in 2nd level support for technical enquiries in terms of holistic customer care and the solution-oriented link between customers and our company.
- You will be responsible for generating and maintaining technical customer documents for service and sales partners.
- You will provide solutions for customers mainly via remote support, but also on-site if required, and document all reported incidents in the ticket management system.
- You identify long-term improvements of product and process and actively bring them into the company's organization.
- You train and instruct our 1st level support partners.
- You contribute your own ideas for the development and continuous improvement of the training concept of our 1st level support.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- You are a team player and technical all-rounder with good manual skills.
- You work independently, conscientiously, in a structured, pragmatic and solution-orientated manner.
- You have a technical qualification in biomedical engineering, mechatronics or similar.
- You have excellent communication capability - both written and spoken (in English and ideally also in German).
- You are willing to travel, approx. 20%.
Erfahrung
- You have relevant professional experience, ideally in the field of customer support or service technically sophisticated devices.
- Ideally you have experience with automated laboratory measurement systems and complaint management for IVD-R / ISO 13485.
