Deine Rolle im Team
- You'll be the technical and project lead on software modernization and transformation projects.
- You'll guide architectural decisions, design and build robust software solutions on top of existing systems, and drive technical execution from inception to delivery.
- You will be a hands-on lead, primarily focused on back-end development in Java/Spring, with some front-end tasks, ensuring a well-rounded full-stack perspective.
- You'll work with Microservices, cloud-native environments, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.
- You'll contribute to strategic and technical advisory for clients while maximizing project impact.
- This is a purely technical and project-based leadership role, focused on delivery and technical excellence rather than line management.

Qualifikationen
- Front-end knowledge in React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Independent, solution-oriented, and comfortable driving technical decisions.
- Fluent in English, while German is a huge plus.
Erfahrung
- Tech leadership experience as a hands-on Full Stack Engineer, primarily back-end focused in Java/Spring (approx. 5-10+ years of experience).
- Hands-on experience with Microservices, cloud-native architectures, and containerization.
- Proven experience in software modernization or transformational projects.
- Strong consulting experience, working directly with clients and managing project stakeholders.
