Deine Rolle im Team
- Join RBI's Credit Cards Tribe to ensure seamless, secure, and compliant IT service delivery in a hybrid environment (insourced and outsourced systems).
- You will bridge IT, Operations, and Business teams to safeguard customer onboarding, card issuance, and regulatory adherence while driving operational excellence.
- Own Service and Application Management for critical Credit Card Business systems.
- Work within or alongside agile setups, covering the entire software delivery lifecycle.
- Lead Incident, Release, Vulnerability, and Business Continuity Management.
- Coordinate with DevOps, vendors, and compliance teams to resolve outages and prevent recurrence.
- Participate in IT Governance topics, including cost monitoring and controlling.
- Document key decisions and create a community for best practices.
- Acquire application-specific knowledge to provide technical and process support.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Basic programming and scripting skills (e.g., SQL, Python, PowerShell).
- ITIL knowledge (certification preferred).
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in English & German (written and spoken).
Erfahrung
- Several years of experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role, preferably in banking/fintech or regulated industries.
