Deine Rolle im Team
- Secure and manage identity services for global operations.
- As an IT Directory Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and securing core IT services, including Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Asset Management.
- You will ensure stability, security, and compliance of identity and access management systems, certificate services, and IT asset lifecycle processes.
- This role involves proactive maintenance, incident resolution, and close collaboration with global IT teams to support business-critical operations.
- Identity & Access Management
- Operate and maintain identity and access management (IAM) services for designated compliance environments.
- Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP including user lifecycle, groups, roles, and access rights.
- Implement and enforce least-privilege and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Manage authentication mechanisms such as MFA, certificates, and privileged access.
- Cooperate with Security, Compliance, and Audit teams on access reviews and remediation actions.
- Document identity processes, standards, and operating procedures.

Ausbildung
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or comparable experience.
Qualifikationen
- Understanding of access governance, identity lifecycle, and security best practices.
- Structured, reliable, and security-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
Erfahrung
- Proven experience in a similar position.
- Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory and enterprise IAM.
- Experience in regulated environments (ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, or similar).
