Deine Rolle im Team
- Lead the design and governance of IAM systems, including user provisioning, role-based access control, and integration with internal workflows.
- Drive the implementation and lifecycle of privileged access management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk EPM, including rollout planning and validation.
- Define and enforce Zero Trust architecture principles, including MFA, password-less authentication (e.g., YubiKey, WHFB), and device compliance strategies.
- Oversee secure identity lifecycle processes and ensure alignment with compliance and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IAM initiatives with business and security objectives.
- Implement risk mitigations identified by the Audit team.
- Provide subject matter expertise and act as an escalation point for identity-related issues.
- Maintain and evolve technical documentation and knowledge-sharing resources.
- Participate in high-priority incident response and change advisory board (CAB) activities to ensure secure and timely resolution of critical issues.

Qualifikationen
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and workflow automation tools.
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles and secure authentication methods.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into secure solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution, when required.
- A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application).
Erfahrung
- Proven experience in IAM, PAM, and cloud security architecture.
