- As a Customer Support Manager at Trayport, you will be a vital member of our Technical Client Management team, providing exceptional support to our demanding and quality-conscious clients.
- This client-facing role involves daily interaction, offering support and guidance, and resolving issues within business-critical production environments.
- You will own the technical relationship with your clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, cultivating and managing the technical relationship.
- Provide high-level technical consultancy to clients and internal stakeholders, including product configuration and training.
- Actively contribute to internal projects and company initiatives, helping to improve team processes and policies.
- Deliver professional and efficient technical support to high-profile financial institutions, traders, interdealer brokers, and exchanges.
- Ensure all requests are handled in a professional, disciplined, efficient, and process-oriented manner.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- You are a highly motivated and skilled individual with a proven track record in technical customer service.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Knowledge of shell scripting and programming (Python) is a plus.
- Candidates with a Windows background will be considered, but must be willing to learn Linux.
Erfahrung
- Ideally, you also have experience with basic system operations and familiarity with Linux system environments and troubleshooting (including log file analysis).
