Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Rolle verwaltest du bestehende Anwendungen, optimierst deren Leistung, integrierst Softwarelösungen und realisierst neue Applikationen, während du technische Unterstützung bereitstellst und Dokumentationen pflegst.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Manage and maintain existing applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Identify and implement software solutions to improve business operations and streamline workflows.
- Oversee the development, testing, deployment, and configuration of new applications, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Monitor application performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and user experience.
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting and resolving application issues, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions.
- Liaise with software vendors to manage licenses, service agreements, and support contracts, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for application configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure continuity and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- IT education (HTL/HAK Informatics, apprenticeship, studies) or several years of professional experience.
Qualifikationen
- Good technical understanding and IT affinity, with an interest in technical challenges.
- Knowledge in interface administration and software customization.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of (MS) SQL.
- Solution-oriented, independent, and precise working style.
- Good written and spoken English skills (German is an advantage).
