Deine Rolle im Team
- Operate, administer, and continuously improve assigned applications across stand-alone and integrated environments.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support while coordinating managed service providers.
- Act as the interface between users, development teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Collect, assess, and document detailed business requirements for enhancements and new solutions.
- Monitor service quality and ensure steady progress from managed service teams.
- Test and document APIs, interfaces, plug-ins, and extensions to ensure stable and secure integrations.
- Promote digital solutions within the business and support users in adoption and best practices.
- Contribute to IT and Agile project activities, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Support procurement-related tasks such as vendor evaluation, cost tracking, and license or subscription management.
- Continuously track digital advancements (e.g., n8n, AI use cases) and provide the team with timely updates and insights.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Technical education (HTL, FH, University) or equivalent professional experience.
Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of business processes with the ability to document complex requirements clearly.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of API integrations, including REST, authentication concepts, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Jira.
- Awareness of budgets and cost structures, including tracking, licensing, and subscriptions.
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient, proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative.
Erfahrung
- Minimum 3 years of experience in application management, IT product ownership, or a similar role.
- Experience facilitating meetings with distributed or remote teams.
- Experience in vendor management and cross-functional coordination.
