Deine Rolle im Team
- As part of our innovation team, you will actively contribute to building and evaluating an AI-based Anomaly Detection prototype for Cybersecurity.
- Your tasks will include both experimental and software-focused activities:
- Data Acquisition: Sample runtime and system information from development boards using a tracing probe.
- Prepare and structure the collected data for further processing and analysis.
- Data Pipeline & Model Development: Work on the data pipeline for model training.
- Train and evaluate anomaly detection models using an existing ML framework.
- Analyze model performance and iterate on improvements.
- Evaluation & Benchmarking: Benchmark the developed solution against existing approaches and reference solutions.
- Document results and contribute to performance comparisons and evaluations.
- This internship allows you to experience how machine learning models are built, trained, and validated using data originating directly from hardware platforms.

Qualifikationen
- You are a motivated student with an interest in machine learning, security, and hardware-oriented systems, currently pursuing studies in fields such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Security, Embedded Systems, or a related discipline.
- Skills that help you shine: Knowledge of machine learning frameworks.
- Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
- Interest in working with hardware and development boards.
- Curiosity, analytical thinking, and a structured working style.
- Good English skills (spoken and written).
Erfahrung
- Programming experience in Python.
Unser Angebot
- The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2.100- gross/month for full-time equivalent at NXP Austria.
