In dieser Rolle entwickelst du Testkonzepte und wartest HIL-Testsysteme, während du die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Test- und Entwicklungsteams förderst und kontinuierliche Verbesserung in Testmethoden antreibst.

Deine Rolle im Team
- Lead the overall test concept and architecture across system, software, and integration levels.
- Design and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test systems and associated environments.
- Ensure reliable operation of test infrastructure by implementing health checks, calibration, preventive maintenance, and equipment management.
- Coordinate the build-up and continuous improvement of new test systems.
- Develop and maintain test frameworks (e.g., pytest) and drive automation enhancements.
- Act as the interface between Test and Development teams, ensuring early involvement for testability and timely delivery of test systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring for test engineers; review test cases and enforce best practices for reusability and quality.
- Support debugging activities and serve as the primary contact for testers.
- Drive continuous improvement in test methodologies, automation, and CI/CD integration.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Technical degree (TU/FH) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Hands-on expertise with HIL systems and automated test environments.
- Strong Python skills for test automation; familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN).
- ISTQB certification is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a quality-first mindset and attention to detail.
- Reliable, committed team player with an independent working style.
- Strong communication skills in English; German proficiency is a plus.
Erfahrung
- At least 3 years' experience in test system design and lab management for embedded systems.
- Practical experience in software and system testing for embedded systems.
- Experience in safety-critical testing (e.g., automotive, aerospace, machinery) is highly desirable.
