Job Zusammenfassung
In diesem Job unterstützt du die Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und bist aktiv an Kundenpräsentationen sowie Workshops beteiligt, um komplexe Inhalte für Interessenten verständlich zu machen.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Support RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and customer questionnaires so that prospects get accurate, high-quality responses from the start.
- Prepare technical documentation, presentations, trainings, and solution overviews so that customers and internal teams always have clear material to work from.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Proposal Management, and Solution Expertise teams to deliver cross functional projects.
- Support customer demos, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities to enable efficient value demonstration.
- Maintain proposal content, knowledge bases, and internal documentation so that the whole team can execute faster.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and AI-driven projects so that repetitive work gets systematically eliminated.
- Develop expertise in Prewave’s product, technology & integrations, and customer use cases so that you can speak to any part of the platform with confidence.

Ausbildung
- You are the right fit if you: Have completed or are near completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Qualifikationen
- Have strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills - you can break down a complex question into a structured, confident answer.
- Care deeply about Prewave’s mission to make global supply chains more transparent, resilient, and sustainable - which is reflected in how you show up.
- Have high attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn.
- Are fluent in German and English.
- Live in Vienna or are willing to relocate.
- Hold a valid work permit for Austria - we are unable to support visa or work permit applications.
- Interest in innovation & technology, AI & automation, or supply chain risk management.
- Additional languages are a plus.
Erfahrung
- Nice to have: Internship or project experience in SaaS, consulting, technology, or project management.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or Gemini.
