In dieser Rolle entwickelst du Systemschnittstellen, führst Softwareinstallationen durch und supportest Kunden sowie Vertrieb bei technischen Anforderungen. Du arbeitest eng mit Projektmanagern zusammen und optimierst Schnittstellen, um stabile Lösungen zu liefern.

Deine Rolle im Team
- Develop, implement, and support system interfaces.
- Conduct discussions of solutions and technical requirements with the customer.
- Support sales in solution discussions to define technical scope.
- Run installation and support of interface software (deploy VM, install MSI's and/or turnkey solutions) for interfacing products to meet established project delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers, and resolve priorities and risks associated to specific projects.
- Comply with all Systems Engineer Policies and Procedures.
- Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- Maintain interface stability and updates for all assigned accounts.
- Provide Customer/Distributor Helpdesk and remote support for interfaces.
- Support interfaces during system upgrades.
- Provide product feedback, technical insight, and customer requirements to Product Development.
- Actively engage with Quality Management System requirements.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Degree in Computer Science IT or validated working successful experience in IT (confirmed IT skills in the use of Windows, Database, Server-based solutions, VMs, Networking Administration, or a mixture of these).
Qualifikationen
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, Web APIs, and Web Services.
- Collaboration with multi-skilled agile teams to understand integration requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Ability to complete work within tight deadlines with excellent documentation skills.
- Fluent in German and at least good English, both verbal and written.
- Analytical with good problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and passport.
- Willingness to travel within Europe and overseas, estimated overnight travel approx. 10% of time.
Erfahrung
- Experienced at working on secure Infrastructure solutions.
- Experience outlining and delivering enterprise-scale projects whilst following our business standards.
- Experience working in a semi-autonomous team, in agile ways.
