Deine Rolle im Team
- Act as the structured, customer-facing Project Lead: own contract scope, budget, requirements and timelines, run customer meetings and reporting.
- Act as Product Owner internally: translate customer needs into user stories, build and prioritize the backlog, maximize delivered value.
- Coordinate delivery with the team leads in Delivery and DevOps; facilitate technical discussions and scope decisions (the technical leads make the architecture calls – you make sure the right things get built in the right order).
- Help us keep improving how we work across product and delivery.

Ausbildung
- Degree in CS/IT or equivalent hands-on background.
Qualifikationen
- Strong project leadership: comfortable owning budget, timeline and contract scope toward customers.
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication.
- Solid conceptual understanding of cloud-native infrastructure: Kubernetes ecosystem, Linux, networking fundamentals - enough to lead technical discussions, scope work credibly and translate between customers and engineers (you won't configure clusters yourself, but you need to genuinely understand them).
- Excellent German and English, written and spoken.
Erfahrung
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Technical PM, or Project Lead in a software/cloud environment.
