Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position koordinierst du den Service Desk, bearbeitest Anfragen, überwachst Leistungskennzahlen und optimierst Prozesse für einen effizienten IT-Service langfristig.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Managing the service desk, including handling incoming service requests and ensuring that they are assigned to the appropriate team for resolution.
- Monitoring service levels and ensuring that they are consistently met or exceeded.
- Coordinating the delivery of IT services, including scheduling and prioritizing work, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining service-related documents.
- Monitoring and reporting on service performance, including identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with other teams, such as the Division CPMS team and the Holding IT teams, to ensure that IT services are delivered in a coordinated and efficient manner.
- Contribute to our continuous improvement culture striving for excellence in each area.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- University degree in IT, Business, or related field.
Qualifikationen
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German or other CEE language is an advantage.
- Good understanding of IT processes (ITIL knowledge preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Solid organizational and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Erfahrung
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and IT service management / ticketing tools.
