    Deine Rolle im Team

    1. Develop and implement the technical strategy for Generative AI initiatives, with a focus on leveraging Databricks Generative AI features.
    2. Work collaboratively with our team of data engineers and AI specialists.
    3. Translate complex business objectives into technical Generative AI solutions, Blueprints, re-usable libraries, and design patterns.
    4. Advocate for and implement standardization and modularity in our tech stack, with a focus on Databricks.
    5. Ensure the robustness and performance of… Generative AI applications in production.

    Qualifikationen

    • Familiarity with machine learning operations (MLOps) practices.
    • A strategic thinker with a talent for translating complex business needs into technical solutions.
    • Excellent communication skills and a talent for cross-functional collaboration.
    • A self-starter who thrives both independently and as a team player.
    • A strong advocate for Agile and DevOps methodologies.

    Erfahrung

    • At least 8 years in IT, with a profound expertise in AI, machine learning, and data architecture.
    • Extensive experience with Databricks OR other cloud-based platforms / AI services.
    • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Machine Learning, and familiarity with AI-related libraries and toolset
