Qualifikationen

• Strong foundation in UX and visual design, with the ability to move fluidly between low and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Excellent communication skills: You can articulate design rationale and help others understand complex design problems.
• Passion for user research and usability testing: You synthesize feedback into actionable changes and evolve products throughout their lifecycle.
• Collaborative mindset: You adapt to feedback from users and stakeholders, and in turn, build better products.

Erfahrung

• 6+ years designing and shipping digital software products, with a track record of iterating based on user feedback.
• Experience with enterprise software or an engineering background preferred.
• Experience designing for web platforms and prototyping dev-ready interactions in tools like Figma.
• Commitment to accessibility: You design beautiful experiences that work for everyone.
