In diesem Job entwickelst du benutzerfreundliche HR-Prozesse, führst Trainings durch und bist für die Implementierung von Systemmodulen zuständig, während du enge Beziehungen zu Stakeholdern pflegst und Datenberichte erstellst.

Deine Rolle im Team
- Designing user-friendly processes, preparing manuals and training materials, and conducting HR System trainings.
- Rolling out HR Systems and system modules (e.g. recruiting, performance management, leave and absence) in countries within FOUR PAWS.
- Maintaining excellent relationship with external and internal stakeholders.
- Providing regular and ad-hoc HR data reports and creating dashboards for all units within HR.
- Making sure that the HR Systems are GDPR compliant, being the first point of contact with the Legal team regarding HR Systems.
- Continuously improving, developing, and customising workflows in the HR systems with close collaboration with IT.
- Being a system admin in the HR Systems, handling 2nd and 3rd level support by acting as SPOC for the operational teams.
- Handling mass uploads in the HR Systems (e.g., salary updates, reorganisation).

Ausbildung
- Education in a relevant field is an advantage, including courses in HR management.
Qualifikationen
- Deep knowledge in Employee Lifecycle Management and HR System terminologies (end-to-end ELM processes from hire-to-retire).
- Proficiency in Excel and managing data.
- Ability to effectively partner with IT and non-technical customers to understand user needs and translate needs into technical process requirements.
- Problem-solving/analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- English skills on a professional working level.
- Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' vision and mission.
Erfahrung
- Several years of professional experience working with HRIS.
