Deine Rolle im Team
- We're looking for a SaaS Systems Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to manage and optimize the SaaS platforms that power our business.
- You'll configure, integrate, and enhance tools to ensure peak performance, seamless processes, and a great user experience across teams.
- Manage, configure, and optimize CRM and other Business Ops SaaS tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, D365, etc.).
- Maintain integrations and data flows to ensure accuracy, scalability, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve workflows and system performance.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Maintain system documentation and ensure transparency in processes.
- Identify and recommend new tools, features, and process improvements.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration) or relevant work experience in the area of System or CRM operations.
Qualifikationen
- Good proficiency in scripting / coding (e.g. Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Deluge).
- Good understanding of APIs, integrations, databases and system architecture.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (German or other languages a plus).
Erfahrung
- Proven experience with SaaS platforms, CRM tools, and automation solutions.
