Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position stellst du den reibungslosen Betrieb der IT- und OT-Infrastruktur sicher, unterstützt bei der Netzwerk- und Sicherheitskonfiguration und agierst als Ansprechpartner für SAP-Support sowie bei internen IT-Anfragen.

Deine Rolle im Team
- Infrastructure & Operations: Ensure the continuous operation of local IT and OT infrastructure, including data centers, clients, servers, and storage systems.
- Support the administration of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware).
- Serve as the first point of contact for the internal IT Service Desk on a rotating basis and participate in the weekly 24/7 on-call service.
- Project Work & Coordination: Actively contribute to local IT and OT projects and support the implementation of central initiatives at the site.
- Assist in defining OT system architecture for upgrades and new installations in the production environment.
- IT/OT Security & Network: Assist in managing and configuring network devices (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto).
- Monitor network infrastructure proactively to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Demonstrate strong commitment to Mondi's IT and OT CyberSecurity policies.
- SAP Support: Act as on-site SAP key user.
- Analyze and resolve interface issues between local systems and SAP.
- Serve as a contact for local users and collaborate closely with central SAP teams.
- Communication & Support: Act as a liaison between central and local IT systems.
- Work in close coordination with central and national Mondi IT teams.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Completed IT-related education (e.g., IT specialist, HTL, university degree); Several years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration is considered an advantage.
Qualifikationen
- Skills in virtualization (e.g., VMware) and network device configuration (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto) are considered an advantage.
- Strong affinity for IT/OT cybersecurity, with commitment to internal guidelines and continuous learning.
- Proficient in German (must-have) and English.
- Structured and independent work style, Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to rotate in on-call service and internal IT Service Desk roles, with a reliable approach to first-level support and maintaining service continuity.
- Flexibility for occasional travels.
Erfahrung
- Experience in IT/OT projects, SAP key user responsibilities, and interface troubleshooting is advantageous.
