- In this position you will get a deep understanding of our global software development infrastructure and of the respective development processes.
- Together with a team of experts you will take over responsibility for managing, developing, and maintaining a reliable software infrastructure toolchain to facilitate our development processes and support our software developers.
- As DevOps expert you help integrating the needs of software developers and operational IT.
- Ensuring that processes and tools provide the best experience for our internal software developers.
- Assisting in maintaining and provisioning of a state-of-the-art development tool chain.
- Increase development performance with automation tools and frameworks for continuous development.
- Reduce manual efforts by automating processes and workflows.
- Implement monitoring solutions to ensure quality of service.
- Implement performance analysis to identify bottle necks and support demand prediction.
- Investigate technical issues and develop sustainable solutions.
- Provide support to developers from all business units.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Profound understanding and supporting of the DevOps mindset in agile and standard setup.
- Passion for IT and automation as key enabler for all efficient business activities.
- Good technical understanding and analytical thinking.
- Good programming and scripting skills (preferably Python and Bash).
- Excellent communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and social competence.
- Excellent English skills.
Erfahrung
- Practical experience with automation of workflows and CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins).
- Experience with containerized/virtualized environment (e.g. Docker).
- Practical experience with infrastructure as code (e.g. Ansible, Terraform) and monitoring (Checkmk, etc.).
