- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to tackle complex challenges for sports providers and enthusiasts.
- Conduct user and competitor research to uncover insights for impactful design solutions.
- Bring designs to life with user flows, wireframes, mockups, surveys, and usability tests.
- Create user-centered solutions and services within our software products to keep the focus on people's needs.
- Elevate our Design Systems for consistency and excellence.
- Act autonomously within your area of expertise, fostering both professional and personal growth to gain ownership in future projects.
- Drive continuous improvement and team collaboration in weekly product development meetings and 1-on-1 sessions.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates outstanding design skills, product thinking, and prototyping with at least one case study that showcases your way of working and bringing value.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and the problems they solve.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken; German skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Amplitude or Google Analytics.
- Proficient with Figma.
- A daring approach to exploration and learning, with an eagerness to continuously improve.
Erfahrung
- At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX design of digital products, ideally with SaaS solutions or manager tools.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, and other business stakeholders.
