Job Zusammenfassung
In diesem Job übernimmst du die praktische Leitung von IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten, von der Initiierung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung, und arbeitest eng mit Stakeholdern an Prozessoptimierungen und Innovationsinitiativen zusammen.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Take hands-on ownership of IT and digitalisation projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Ensure adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project communication, reporting, and documentation in a structured and transparent way.
- Conduct business analysis and requirement engineering in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Support and accompany change initiatives within the organisation.
- Design, plan, and execute projects together with internal and external stakeholders, with a strong focus on innovation-driven initiatives.
- Analyse and optimise existing processes to develop concrete, value-driven solution proposals.
- Foster strong teamwork by supporting colleagues with your IT expertise and project management know-how.

Ausbildung
- Completed education in IT (technical college, HTL, university, or university of applied sciences).
Qualifikationen
- A structured, organised working style combined with strong technical understanding.
- Excellent english or german skills, both written and spoken, is a a must.
- A strong mindset characterised by excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Proven stakeholder management skills as part of a solid understanding of change management principle are an advantage.
- Self-driven and lifelong learner.
Erfahrung
- Several years of hands-on experience delivering IT or digitalisation projects.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into workflows across a diverse software ecosystem, is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience executing IT or digitalisation projects in pragmatic environments, with a clear focus on delivery rather than formal methodologies.
- Practical experience supporting process improvements & implementations in larger organisations is a strong plus.
- Proven experience navigating complex setups with diverse stakeholders, with a strong focus on simplifying processes and driving automation.
