- Define and optimize the product strategy based on in-depth market analysis and customer insights.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate software deployment, release, and rollback strategies.
- Manage software lifecycle aligned with the overall project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Drive product roadmap planning and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Apply agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Background in System Engineering, Software Architecture, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Telematics or a related field.
- IPMA Project Management Certification is beneficial.
- Passion for driving collaboration and delivering high-quality, complex projects across teams.
- Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills. German, Spanish, or any additional language is an advantage.
Erfahrung
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, System Engineer in an agile setup.
- Experience in electronic toll collection or telematics is required.
