In dieser Position unterstützt du aktiv das SAP WM/EWM-Team, leistest täglichen Endbenutzersupport und kümmerst dich um die Implementierung sowie Optimierung von SAP WM-Prozessen und mobilen Lösungen.

Deine Rolle im Team
- The Analyst, Logistics Operations and Sales Solutions supports the SAP, WM/EWM team in all activities of the department and ensures active participation in the daily business of her/his functional responsibility.
- Provide day-to-day SAP end-user support.
- Implementation of SAP WM including customizing.
- Control of change requests and define requirements for the developers.
- Optimization of the existing SAP WM Processes.
- Support of mobile solutions and implementation of new functionalities.
- Coordination and collaboration with external consultants.
- Support of rollout Projects.
- First and Second Level-Support.
- User trainings and documentation.
- Analyzing and optimizations of logistic processes, production replenishment and Kanban.
- Analyze business requirements and gaps not met by the existing systems / implementations.
- Identify feasible solutions, create business blueprints, and provide effort estimations.
- Support MES/WM interfaces.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Studies in Business Informatics or other comparable education.
Qualifikationen
- Basic knowledge in ABAP is welcome.
- Knowledge about MES interfaces and IDOCs are a major plus.
- SAP, MS Office Tools, Microsoft Outlook.
- Profound English and German language skills (written and oral).
- Project management skills are an advantage.
Erfahrung
- Very good Experiences in SAP WM and the relevant logistic processes.
- Experiences with mobile solutions (Mobisys knowledge are welcome).
- Experiences in, at least, one other logistic SAP Module (MM, SD, or PP).
- Good experiences in process modeling and design.
- Experience with SAP EWM is considered as an advantage.
