Deine Rolle im Team
- You will gather and analyse user feedback and business requirements, to assist in product development decisions and ensure that the product meets the needs of the target market.
- You will focus on reporting risks and creating functional and higher-level technical specifications for software development, testing and implementation projects.
- On a continuous basis, you will evaluate and improve business processes to ensure that they are efficient, while understanding and identifying interdependencies.
- You will take charge of managing vendor and stakeholder relationships, while either supporting or leading contract negotiations, defining SLAs based on business requirements, approving purchase orders and reviewing invoices.
- You will keep track of industry trends and new technologies and make recommendations for their adoption where appropriate.
- You will organize and moderate meetings, workshops and required training sessions.
- When necessary, you will work directly with our brick-and-mortar stores to identify issues and find solutions for the improvement of established processes.

Qualifikationen
- Complete studies in the field of IT or business administration.
- Knowledge of project management tools and Agile methodologies, such as Jira and Confluence.
- A solution-oriented and team player attitude, with strong communication and networking skills.
- Hands-on mentality, with the ability to see the bigger picture and act as a troubleshooter when required.
- Ability to own and drive end-to-end product and business processes.
- A high level of German and English.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of time.
Erfahrung
- At least 2 - 3 years of professional experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer, project manager or a comparable position.
