Deine Rolle im Team
- You will be responsible for the further development of one of our mobile apps.
- In this role, you will steer the product roadmap, implement features in line with real user needs and work closely with Engineering, UX, QA and C-Level.
- Your goal: a mobile experience that inspires - functional, intuitive and scalable.
- Responsibility for the mobile product roadmap, feature delivery and prioritisation.
- Management of the product development process from discovery to release.
- Close collaboration with design, UX research and development teams.
- Analysis of user behaviour (e.g. via Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Derivation of data-driven decisions for conversion optimisation.
- KPI monitoring: retention, engagement, activation, DAUs/MAUs.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Degree in business, IT, UX, media or similar.
Qualifikationen
- Deep understanding of app users, conversion funnels & app KPIs.
- Confident in prioritising according to user value, feasibility & business impact.
- Very good knowledge of German (at least B2), English an advantage.
- Technical understanding (Flutter, Swift, React Native).
Erfahrung
- At least 5 years of experience as a product manager in a mobile or eCommerce context.
- Experience with agile product development (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience with international app rollouts or app store optimisation.
- Industry experience in B2C, Health, FinTech or regulated markets.
