IT Consultant

As a Key Account Manager at Denuvo, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our security solutions and services. While collaborating closely with our internal development team, sales team, and Quality Assurance (QA) department, you will facilitate seamless project execution and effective communication between departments. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with these internal teams to meet project requirements, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring the successful implementation of security measures. Additionally, you will be responsible for utilizing internal tools to protect games and distributing work tasks as necessary between the development team and QA team. This role is critical in safeguarding our clients' games from piracy and cheating, contributing to the achievement of project milestones. Moreover, you will collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support customer acquisition efforts. 

Your mission at Irdeto

1. Foster and maintain direct relationships with key customers, acting as their primary contact point. 
2. Serve as a liaison between customers and internal development teams, effectively communicating project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. 
3. Educate clients on Denuvo's security processes, workflows, and technical requirements via email, Slack, video calls, and other communication channels. 
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and projects are executed efficiently. 
5. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. 
6. Stay updated on industry trends, gaming developments, and competitor activities to better serve our clients.
