Deine Rolle im Team
- Own the quality strategy across the product lifecycle and drive best practices in testing.
- Test new features and ensure comprehensive test coverage (functional, performance, exploratory, …).
- Define, implement, and guide automation test strategy across the team.
- Set testing priorities and support the team in delivering within sprint timeboxes.
- Provide coaching and mentorship around software quality within and across teams.
- Act as the primary advocate for quality in sprint ceremonies and technical discussions.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, software engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are testable and customer value is delivered.
- Identify gaps in test processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate test activities across teams.

Qualifikationen
- Strong technical background and deep understanding of Web Applications, REST APIs, etc.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Strong ownership mindset and a bias for action.
- Comfortable with fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Fluent English skills.
Erfahrung
- 5+ years of hands-on software testing experience, including test automation.
- Experience in leading or mentoring test engineers.
- Solid programming/scripting experience (e.g., Python, C#, etc.).
- Proven experience designing and maintaining automated test suites.
