Deine Rolle im Team
- Lead and drive the implementation of a tailored Enterprise Architecture Management process within the Global IT Organization
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design and document system architecture based on TOGAF framework to ensure scalability and performance requirements
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for system architecture, design decisions, and implementation details
- Create architecture diagrams, flowcharts and other visual aids for clear communication
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms and tools that align with the organization's goals and requirements
- Create and communicate a technology roadmap that outlines the evolution of the enterprise architecture over time
- Design solutions that promote seamless integration and interoperability between different systems and business units
- Ensure that the enterprise architecture supports current and future integration requirements
- Identify and prioritize technology investments to support business priorities
- Provide guidance and support during the development and implementation
- Identify and mitigate technology-related risks by implementing appropriate plans
- Ensure that the system architecture meets security and compliance standards
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the organization's operations

Ausbildung
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field
Qualifikationen
- Proven TOGAF framework skills
- In-depth knowledge of system architecture principles, design patterns and best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and develop strong working relationships with other departments and outside vendors
- Strong cross functional understanding within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven facilitation and problem-solving skills even in remote work
- Proven ability to management multiple projects and vendors in a multinational organization
- Act autonomously and voluntarily (self-starter)
Erfahrung
- A minimum of 5 years proven experience as a System Architect or in a similar role
- Experience in establishing/implementing Enterprise Architecture process
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies
