Deine Rolle im Team
- Lead and develop SAP BI data models and analytics solutions for Finance.
- Translate Finance requirements into scalable, high-quality reporting and data models.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability for decision-making.
- Act as a technical partner for Finance stakeholders, translating needs into specifications.
- Collaborate with BI, SAP, and IT teams on architecture, data flows, and solution design.
- Support end-to-end BI delivery, including analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
- Improve existing reporting solutions based on feedback and business needs.
- Contribute to Finance digitalization and data initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement of data models and analytics approaches.
- Stay current with SAP BI and analytics technologies and promote useful innovations.

Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of Finance processes and requirements, ideally in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in data modeling, data governance, and analytical solution design.
- Ability to interpret, analyze, and visualize data using BI tools (e.g., SAP BW, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in parallel as a specialist role.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, PMI).
- Understanding of advanced analytics or planning models.
Erfahrung
- Proven experience in SAP BI, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, or comparable data modeling and BI technologies.
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives within Finance.
