    Deine Rolle im Team

    • Act as the first point of contact for IT-related requests and incidents.
    • Provide help desk services and initial troubleshooting for workplace IT issues.
    • Support users with workplace hardware, software, and standard workplace applications.
    • Provide on-site support at office locations (installation, replacement, setup, relocation of PCs, notebooks, monitors, peripherals).
    • Support IT activities related to employee onboarding and offboarding.
    • Document incidents, requests, and activities in accordance with internal IT and audit guidelines.
    • Analyze and resolve more complex workplace-related incidents and problems.
    • Configure and maintain client operating systems, workplace applications, and endpoint devices.
    • Coordinate with external service providers for workplace IT topics.
    • Support IT asset and warehouse management (ordering, issuance, return, documentation, retirement).
    • Maintain and update workplace-related technical documentation.
    • Support the operation and continuous improvement of workplace IT infrastructure.
    • Ensure high availability and stability of workplace IT services.
    • Contribute to IT operations and infrastructure projects.
    • Identify recurring incidents and operational issues and support sustainable improvements across the IT environment.

    Qualifikationen

    • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to proactively identify issues and drive improvements.
    • Fluent in both German and English.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and clear, professional communication.
    • Team player with a strong service and customer orientation.

    Erfahrung

    • Experience in IT operations and infrastructure, ideally in a banking or enterprise environment.
    • Hands-on experience with MS 365, MS Windows Server, MS Active Directory and IT network technology.
