Deine Rolle im Team
- Act as the first point of contact for IT-related requests and incidents.
- Provide help desk services and initial troubleshooting for workplace IT issues.
- Support users with workplace hardware, software, and standard workplace applications.
- Provide on-site support at office locations (installation, replacement, setup, relocation of PCs, notebooks, monitors, peripherals).
- Support IT activities related to employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Document incidents, requests, and activities in accordance with internal IT and audit guidelines.
- Analyze and resolve more complex workplace-related incidents and problems.
- Configure and maintain client operating systems, workplace applications, and endpoint devices.
- Coordinate with external service providers for workplace IT topics.
- Support IT asset and warehouse management (ordering, issuance, return, documentation, retirement).
- Maintain and update workplace-related technical documentation.
- Support the operation and continuous improvement of workplace IT infrastructure.
- Ensure high availability and stability of workplace IT services.
- Contribute to IT operations and infrastructure projects.
- Identify recurring incidents and operational issues and support sustainable improvements across the IT environment.

Qualifikationen
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to proactively identify issues and drive improvements.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and clear, professional communication.
- Team player with a strong service and customer orientation.
Erfahrung
- Experience in IT operations and infrastructure, ideally in a banking or enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience with MS 365, MS Windows Server, MS Active Directory and IT network technology.
