Deine Rolle im Team
- Develop and enhance digital Sales Operations solutions, focusing on Salesforce CRM Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related tools.
- Analyze and understand B2B sales and customer service processes.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical solutions in close collaboration with users, IT, and external partners.
- Lead training sessions, onboarding, and go-live activities to ensure successful adoption across markets.
- Drive Sales Excellence initiatives and continuously improve digital processes and workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, IT, Product, Brand, and regional teams.
- Support Jira and Confluence administration, including workflows, boards, and configurations.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, Digital Marketing, Project Management, E-Commerce, or similar (Master's degree is a plus).
Qualifikationen
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and digital tools.
- Familiar with agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Analytical, structured, and hands-on mindset with strong communication skills.
- Fluent in German and English; willingness to travel (approx. 10%).

- Understanding of B2B sales and service processes, with experience in process improvement.
