In dieser Rolle unterstützt du die Abteilung bei der Beschaffung, Kostenkontrolle und Budgetierung im IT-Bereich, indem du Bestellungen erstellst, Kostenauswertungen durchführst und den Budgetierungsprozess mitgestaltest.

Deine Rolle im Team
- In this role you will be part of the IT Finance organization which is in charge of planning, budgeting, procurement and cost control for all verticals of IT.
- You will participate in INNIO’s internship program which aims to involve you step by step into the daily life of the department and helps to start your career in a structured way at INNIO Group.
- During your internship you will be involved in the procurement and cost management processes.
- Create Purchase order requisitions and receipts for IT.
- Prepare ad hoc requests / analytics / metrics / KPIs.
- Support the analysis of IT Project & Operational costs and control variances against plan with Project Managers and Budget owner.
- Support the budgeting process.
- Support the introduction of a Financial controlling system within IT.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Studying or recently graduate with a university degree in finance / accounting / business.
Qualifikationen
- Strong MS-Office skills (Excel) and strong analytical skills.
- Written and verbal fluency in English; German is a plus.
- Immediate start with the duration of a minimum of 6 months with the potential for further extension of 6 months.
- A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application).
Erfahrung
- Experience in Tableau & Oracle is a plus.
Unser Angebot
- The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.698,59 gross per month (x 14).
