Qualifikationen

• Ability to understand, structure, and translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Strong skills in modeling and optimizing business processes (e.g., BPMN, UML).
• Solid technical understanding to evaluate and support IT solutions is essential.
• Willingness to take active responsibility in the operational lifecycle of solutions and ensure their continuous improvement.
• Ability to independently plan, manage, and execute projects from concept to delivery.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and agile ways of working is advantageous.
• Very good knowledge of English, German skills are beneficial.

Erfahrung

• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Experience with IDP solutions, no-code/low-code platforms, intelligent automation, or RPA is welcome.
• Terms like Generative AI (GenAI) and AI Agents should not be foreign to you – ideally, you bring hands-on experience or a strong interest in these technologies.
